Murphey Candler Baseball is pleased to announce that the Brookhaven City Council unanimously approved an extension of our existing land use agreement through December 31, 2027 last night.
We appreciate the support from the Brookhaven Parks and Recreation Department who has been a strong partner in our program over the past decade. In addition to the Mayor and the rest of the City Council, thanks goes to Councilwoman and Mayor Pro Tem Linley Jones, as Representative of District 1 where the park resides, who has supported the baseball program over the years and in this renewal process.
Finally, we thank the Murphey Candler Baseball community for your guidance and support as we navigated the renewal process. This is a great outcome for all involved. We look forward to seeing you down at the fields in February. Play ball!
